1. Do you deliver fresh meat?
Yes. All our meat is freshly cut and packed before delivery.


2. Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within selected areas of Thane. Enter your address at checkout to check availability.


3. What are your delivery hours?

Orders are delivered during our operating hours. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.


4. How should I store the meat?

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 24–48 hours, or freeze for longer storage.


5. Can I choose the cut size?

Yes, where available. You can mention your preferred cutting instructions in the order notes.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared. Once processing has started, cancellations may not be possible.

7. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
